After attending a French culinary school and mastering every station in French kitchens, he went on to own and operate an upscale restaurant in France for five years before pivoting to the private chef world.
Featured on Below Deck and other Bravo programming, Anthony has earned recognition for his ability to transform any setting — from yachts to villas — into a stage where cuisine becomes theater. Today, Anthony curates bespoke dining experiences aboard yachts and in elite properties across South Florida.
