Born and trained in France, Chef Anthony brings a lifetime of culinary passion to the luxury dining realm. After attending a French culinary school and mastering every station in French kitchens, he went on to own and operate an upscale restaurant in France for five years before pivoting to the private chef world.

Featured on Below Deck and other Bravo programming, Anthony has earned recognition for his ability to transform any setting — from yachts to villas — into a stage where cuisine becomes theater. Today, Anthony curates bespoke dining experiences aboard yachts and in elite properties across South Florida.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak seasons and yacht charters, it’s best to reserve 4–6 weeks in advance. Limited short-notice dates may be available upon request.

Do you offer custom menus?

Yes. Every menu is entirely bespoke, designed around your preferences, dietary needs, and event setting — from classic French to modern Mediterranean.

Do you provide wine or cocktail pairings?

Yes. Curated pairings are available upon request, or Chef Anthony can collaborate with your sommelier or preferred cellar selections.

Do you travel outside South Florida?

Chef Anthony is based in Miami and Palm Beach but is available for travel throughout Florida and select international destinations upon request.

What are your rates or pricing?

Every experience is custom-priced based on the number of guests, menu complexity, location, and duration of service. Quotes are provided after your initial consultation.
